Applications
1. As an acidic beverage stabilizer, the CMC food additive can prevent precipitation and layer separation caused by the condensation of protein in yoghourt and the suspension of fat. It is able to prolong the shelf life.
2. When applied in lactic acid milk, carboxymethyl cellulose features superb pseudo-plasticity, smooth taste, and high suspension stability. It allows end products to keep uniform. It can completely replace pectin.
3. As a stabilizer in ice cream, the CMC food additive can mix the water, fat, protein and other substances uniformly, thus reducing the formation of ice crystal. Also, it is well compatible with other components. It allows manufactured goods to offer superb forming property and delicate taste.
4. In addition, our product can be found in bread, pastry, biscuit, instant noodle, and other solid food. It provides food with attractive exterior, nice taste, and strong water-holding capacity. The CMC food additive will not be damaged easily during transportation.
